بر رسی چالش ها و فرصت‌های هوش مصنوعی در نظام آموزشی با تاکید بر توسعه حرفه ای اساتید با روش آمیخته

چکیده
امروزه سرعت‌ بخشیدن به‌ یادگیری و توسعه‌ حرفه‌ای معلمان و اساتید با توجه به توسعه استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در آموزش از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. لذا هدف پژوهش‌ حاضر واکاوی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های هوش مصنوعی‌ با تاکید بر توسعه‌ حرفه‌ای معلمان بود. این‌ پژوهش‌ از نظر رویکرد کیفی-کمی‌ و از نظر هدف کاربردی- توصیفی‌ بوده، و از طریق‌ مصاحبه‌های عمیق‌ نیمه‌ساختارمند، به‌ تدوین‌ و اعتباریابی‌ چارچوبی‌ مفهومی‌ با روش تحلیل‌ مضمون در سال 1403 پرداخته‌ است‌. جامعه‌ آماری شامل‌ خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران و اساتید در حوزه آموزش پرورش و آموزش عالی 135 نفر بودند که‌ از بین‌ آنها 12 نفر به‌ روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با استفاده از قاعده حداشباع برای قسمت کیفی و 100 نفر بعنوان نمونه با روش کوکران برای بخش کمی انتخاب شدند. به‌ منظور حصول اطمینان از روایی‌ تحقیق‌، تلاش شد نمونه‌ آماری از افرادی باشند که‌ از دانش‌ و تخصص‌ لازم در زمینه‌ تحقیق‌ برخوردار بوده و همچنین‌ مداخله‌ محققین‌ در تحقیق‌ را به‌ حداقل‌ برسانند. برای محاسبه‌ پایایی‌ از شیوه توافق‌ درون موضوعی‌ یا دو کدگذار استفاده شده، که‌ برابر با ٧٩ درصد است‌. با توجه‌ به‌ اینکه‌ سطح‌ پایایی‌ بیش‌ از ٦٠ درصد است‌، پایایی‌ کدگذاری تأیید شد. لذا می‌توان ادعا کرد که‌ سطح‌ پایایی‌ تحلیل‌ مصاحبه‌ مناسب‌ است‌. همچنین جهت تحلیل کیفی و کدگذاری از نرم افزار Atlasti 8جهت تحلیل داده‌ای کمی از SPSS26 استفاده شد. با توجه‌ به‌ نتایج‌ حاصل‌ از مصاحبه‌های انجام شده با خبرگان و فعالان، نقش‌ هوش مصنوعی‌ را می‌توان در خصوص فرصت‌ها و چالش‌ها و 9 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده برای توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان طبقه‌بندی کرد. فرصت‌ها با 4 مضمون سازمان دهنده به ترتیب شامل: همگریی تکنولوژی با اهداف آموزشی، قابلیت شبکه‌سازی آموزشی، جهانی‌سازی آموزش و ارزش آفرینی شغلی معلمان شناسایی شدند. چالش‌ها نیز در قالب ٥ مضمون سازمان دهنده با ترتیب شامل فاصله استعدادها، امنیت و حریم خصوصی معلمان و دانش آموزان، تعمیر و نگهداری مداوم سیستم‌ها و عدم قابلیت‌های یکپارچه‌سازی، دسته‌بندی شده‌اند. در نهایت براساس تحلیل‌های صورت گرفته روی داده‌های کیفی و کمی، مدل پارادایمی نقش هوش مصنوعی در توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان ارائه گردید. مدل نهایی این تحقیق می‌تواند در پیاده سازی و عملیاتی کردن هوش مصنوعی جهت توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان مفید واقع گردد. این مطالعه با داشتن دو بازبین مستقل مسئول انتخاب مطالعه و استخراج داده‌ها، با توافق بسیار بالا در هر دو فرآیند، سوگیری انتخاب را به حداقل رساند.
