نتایج و پیامدهای مشارکت در طرح یادگیری خدمت‌محور از دیدگاه دانشجویان و موسسات دریافت کننده خدمت

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: یادگیری خدمت‌محور، پیوندی میان آموزش و دغدغه‌های اجتماعی است و مؤسسات آموزشی را قادر می‌سازد تا نیازهای بزرگتر جامعه را برطرف کنند و دانشجویان را به چالش می‌کشد تا به نقش خود به عنوان اعضای جامعه و شهروند، توجه جدی داشته باشند و این همان ماموریت اصلی موسسات آموزش عالی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نتایج و پیامدهای یادگیری خدمت محور از نگاه ذی نفعان یک پروژه عملی در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی است.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر کیفی بوده و مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش تعداد 14 نفر از دانشجویان و موسساتی هستند که در طرح‌های یادگیری خدمت‌محوری که توسط دانشگاه شهید بهشتی برگزار شده، حاضر بودند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شده که سوالات آن بر اساس روش استار طراحی شده است. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه با تمامی ذی‌نفعان یادشده با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون و در سطوح اولیه و نهایی کدگذاری و تحلیل شدند

یافته‌ها: در نهایت 16 مقوله کلیدی در نتایج و پیامدها برای دانشجویان شناسایی شد که مهم‌ترین آنها عبارتند از کمک به ارتقا حس اعتماد به نفس، ایجاد فرصت ارتقا مهارت های ارتباطی دانشجویان در تعامل با افراد مختلف، کمک به انتخاب شغل آینده و کسب مهارت های لازم برای ورود به محیط کاری. از طرف دیگر برای موسسات دریافت‌کننده خدمت هم 7 مقوله کلیدی نتیجه و پیامد استخراج شده که مهم‌ترین آنها ناظر به حل مشکلات سازمان در حوزه نیروی انسانی می‌باشد.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه با دانشجویان و موسسات دریافت‌کننده خدمت یادگیری خدمت‌محور اجراشده در داخل کشور، پیامدهای عملی این طرح‌ها و ضرورت اجرا و توجه ویژه به آنها را در اختیار محققان و تصمیم‌گیران حوزه آموزش عالی کشور قرارداده است. همسویی یافته‌ها با پژوهش‌های پیشین، صحت نتایج را تصدیق می‌نماید.
