بررسی نقادانه درس تربیت بدنی دوره ابتدایی از دیدگاه معلمان شهرستان پیرانشهر

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و شناسایی مشکلات درس تربیت بدنی دوره ابتدایی از دیدگاه معلمان شهرستان پیرانشهر انجام شده است. روش تحقیق بر اساس هدف، کاربردی و از نظر جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، کیفی و به شیوه پدیدارشناسی توصیفی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل معلمان زن و مرد دوره ابتدایی شهرستان پیرانشهر در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 بوده که تعداد این افراد 420 نفر است. از این میان، با توجه به اصل اشباع داده‌ها، 20 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند همگون انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد و برای اطمینان از روایی و پایایی داده‌ها، معیارهای چهارگانه قابلیت اعتماد لینکلن و گوبا (1995) شامل اعتمادپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری، وابستگی و اتکاپذیری، و تأییدپذیری در نظر گرفته شد. به منظور پاسخ به سوالات پژوهش، مصاحبه‌ها با روش موستاکاس و کراسول تحلیل شدند. بر اساس این روش، مهم‌ترین یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که برنامه درسی تربیت بدنی در بعد فردی دارای 5 مشکل اصلی شامل: «دانش حرفه‌ای با 6 مضمون فرعی»، «مدیریت کارآمد با 7 مضمون فرعی»، «نظارت و ارزیابی با 5 مضمون فرعی»، «ایمنی و امداد با 6 مضمون فرعی» و «عناصر برنامه با 5 مضمون فرعی» و همچنین در بعد سازمانی دارای 4 مشکل اصلی شامل: «سازمان‌دهی منابع با 5 مضمون فرعی»، «زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی با 6 مضمون فرعی»، «فرهنگی و ارزشی با 6 مضمون فرعی» و «آموزشی با 5 مضمون فرعی» است. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، پیشنهادهای کاربردی و پژوهشی به‌طور مجزا ارائه شده و در نهایت محدودیت‌های پژوهش بیان گردیده است.
