بررسی رابطه بین فرهنگ سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پرسنل شاغل در آموزش و پرورش منطقه هیر

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: آموزش و پرورش از جمله نهادهای کلیدی و حیاتی در هر جامعه به شمار می‌رود. به دلیل حساسیت بالای شغل‌های مرتبط با این حوزه، اهمیت فرهنگ سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی به وضوح مشخص است. به همین دلیل، هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی ارتباط میان فرهنگ سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در میان کارکنان آموزش و پرورش منطقه هیر در سال تحصیلی 1403 بوده است.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش به شکل توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان رسمی و پیمانی منطقه هیر با تعداد 398 نفر بوده که از این تعداد، 180 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها در این تحقیق، از دو پرسشنامه معتبر بهره گرفته شده است. نخست، پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازمانی ادگارد شاین که در سال 1980 طراحی گردیده و دارای ضریب پایایی 79/0 است. دوم، پرسشنامه رفتار شهروندی سازمانی اورگان و کونوسکی که در سال 1996 ایجاد شده و ضریب پایایی آن 82/0 است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون خی دو و ضریب همبستگی رتبه‌ای اسپیرمن بهره گرفته شده است.

یافته‌ها: نتیجه آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن با مقدار 41/0، نشان‌دهنده وجود رابطه مثبت و معنادار میان فرهنگ سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی است.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: همچنین، کارکنان شاغل در محیط‌هایی با فرهنگ سازمانی مناسب، دارای رفتار شهروندی سازمانی مطلوبی هستند. با ارتقای فرهنگ سازمانی، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی نیز بهبود و افزایش می‌یابد.
