بررسی رابطه بین خودپنداری با خلاقیت مدیران مدارس دوره اول متوسطه

چکیده
تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ شیوه گردآوری داده ها پیمایشی و به روش تحقیق توصیفی انجام شده است. هدف تحقیق بررسی رابطه بین خودپنداری با خلاقیت مدیران مدارس دوره اول متوسطه میباشد که جامعه آماری کلیه مدیران دوره اول متوسطه ناحیه دو شهر قزوین در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 به تعداد 30 نفر بودند و به دلیل محدود بودن تعداد آن از روش تمام شماری استفاده شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه های استاندارد خودپنداره لمبرد و مان (2006) و  پرسشنامه  استاندارد خلاقیت مدیران لی و همکاران (2014) بود که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه خودپنداره 89/0 و برای پرسشنامه خلاقیت 849/0 محاسبه شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بین خودپنداری با خلاقیت مدیران مدارس دوره اول متوسطه ناحیه دو قزوین رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد. همچنین تغییرات متغیر خودپنداری با خلاقیت رابطه مستقیم دارد به ازاء یک واحد افزایش خودپنداری 484/1  خلاقیت افزایش و همچنین با افزایش خودپنداری میزان خلاقیت نیز افزایش می‌یابد.
