شناسایی راهبردهای انطباق سازی رفتار مدیران آموزشی با تراز سبک رهبری حاج قاسم سلیمانی

چکیده
هدف تحقیق حاضر، راهبردهای انطباق سازی رفتار مدیران آموزشی با تراز سبک رهبری حاج قاسم سلیمانی بوده است.روش تحقیق، کیفی از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد بوده است. جامعه آماری مشتمل بر کلیه اساتید رشته علوم تربیتی کشور، نمونه گیری به شیوه هدفمند تا حد اشباع  داده ها تا 23 نفر با اساتید رشته علوم تربیتی ادامه یافت ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته بوده که بصورت ویس از طریق شبکه اجتماعی واتس آپ صورت پذیرفت. فرایند تحلیل داده ها؛ بصورت کُدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی صورت پذیرفت. شرایط علّی انطباق سازی رفتار مدیران آموزشی با تراز سبک رهبری حاج قاسم سلیمانی مشتمل بر ده کُد گزینشی حکمرانی خدامحورانه، عقلانیت محوری، ایثار، اقتدار داشتن، رهبری کنشگر، رهبری خدمتگزار، کاریزما بودن، تدبر داشتن، روحیه نهادی-اجتماعی بوده است.شرایط زمینه ای مشتمل بر دو کُد گزینشی زمینه ای فرهنگی-هنری، و زمینه اجتماعیبود.شرایط راهبردی مشتمل بر دو کُد گزینشی راهبردی انگیزشی عوامل بهداشتیو عوامل انگیزشی بود. شرایط  مداخله ای مشتمل بر دو کُد گزینشی تمرکز سازمانی،و عدم وجود نظام مدیریت آموزشی بوده است. پیامدهای انطباق سازی مشتمل بر دو کُد گزینشی زنده نگهداشتن رسالت مدافعان حرم، و ولایتمداری مدیریت آموزشی بود
