رابطه راهبردهای مقابله­ای و نگرش­های ناکارآمد با تحمل پریشانی در دانشجویان با نقش واسطه‌ای همدلی

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف  رابطه راهبردهای مقابله‌ای و نگرش‌های ناکارآمد با تحمل پریشانی در دانشجویان با نقش واسطه‌ای همدلی انجام شد. 
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان پسر مرکز آموزش عالی پلدختر بود، که در سال ۱۴۰۰ مشغول به تحصیل بودند که از این میان آن‌ها نمونه ای به تعداد 210 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری طیقه‌ای نسبی انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر (2005)، پرسشنامه همدلی دیویس (1983)، پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابله ای لازاروس و فولکمن (1985) و مقیاس نگرش های ناکارآمد وایزمن و بک (1978) بود. نهایتآ داده های به دست آمده از طریق آزمون همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر به وسیله SPSS-22و AMOS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که شاخص های برازش مدل تحلیل مسیر حاکی از آن است که مقدار شاخص‌های برازش تطبیقی مطلوب است. یعنی مدل پژوهش، قادر به تبیین و توضیح رابطه ی بین متغیرها است. همچنین نتایج حاکی از تایید نقش میانجی همدلی در پیش‌بینی تحمل پریشانی براساس راهبردهای مقابله‌ای و نگرش‌های ناکارآمد بود.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، می توان گفت که متغیر همدلی دارای نقش واسطه‌ای در ارتباط بین راهبردهای مقابله‌ای و نگرش های ناکارآمد با تحمل پریشانی است؛ از این رو پیشنهاد می شود که متخصصان سلامت روان بر اهمیت نقش همدلی در کاهش مشکلات هیجانی توجه ویژه ای داشته باشند.
