پیش‌بینی نگرانی از تصویر بدنی بر اساس آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی و خودانتقادی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد زنجان

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: نگرانی از تصویر بدنی به عنوان یکی از مسائل مهم روان‌شناختی در میان جوانان و دانشجویان، می‌تواند تأثیرات منفی گسترده‌ای بر سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی آنان داشته باشد. این نگرانی معمولاً با آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی و خودانتقادی همراه است که می‌تواند به تشدید مشکلات روانی منجر شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی و خودانتقادی در پیش‌بینی نگرانی از تصویر بدنی در میان دانشجویان است.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد زنجان در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳-۱۴۰۲ بود. نمونه‌ای به حجم ۳۸۴ نفر به شیوه خوشه‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل سیاهه نگرانی تن‌انگاره (Littleton et al., 2005)، پرسشنامه علائم روان‌شناختی (SCL-25-R)، و مقیاس خودانتقادی (Thompson & Zuroff, 2000) بود. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام در نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین نگرانی از تصویر بدنی، آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی و خودانتقادی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (p<0.01). همچنین، آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی و خودانتقادی قادر به پیش‌بینی معنادار نگرانی از تصویر بدنی در دانشجویان بودند. ضرایب پایایی و روایی ابزارها مطلوب گزارش شد.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی و خودانتقادی از عوامل کلیدی در نگرانی از تصویر بدنی دانشجویان هستند و توجه به این عوامل در طراحی مداخلات ارتقاء سلامت روان دانشجویان ضروری است.
