عوامل موثر بر شایستگی‌های مربیان کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی: یک مطالعه ساختاری تفسیری (ISM)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف عوامل موثر بر شایستگی‌های مربیان کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی بر اساس رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری انجام شد. این پژوهش به ‌صورت توصیفی - پیمایشی صورت گرفته است که در بخش اول با احصای ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مرتبط با شایستگی‌های مربیان کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی و در بخش دوم، ارزیابی و سطح‌بندی این مؤلفه‌ها انجام گرفت. در بخش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر شایستگی‌های مربیان کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی، جامعه پژوهش شامل منابع علمی شامل کتاب‌ها و مقاله‌های علمی بود. در بخش سطح‌بندی نیز جامعه آماری را کلیه خبرگان حوزه مطالعاتی مرتبط با کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی تشکیل ‌دادند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 10 نفر به‌ عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده در بخش تحلیل محتوا، کاربرگ‌های تحلیل محتوای منابع در راستای اهداف پژوهش و دسته‌بندی آن‌ها بود و در بخش سطح‌بندی و به ‌منظور مشخص نمودن تأثیر علت و معلولی عوامل مستخرج و سطح‌بندی آن‌ها، از پرسشنامه‌ی محقق ساخته‌ای که بر اساس مدل ISM طراحی شده بود، استفاده گردید و به‌ منظور تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری و ارائه مدل عوامل موثر بر شایستگی‌های مربیان کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد در سطح اول عامل فن‌آوری قرار گرفته و بیشترین میزان وابستگی را داشته است. در سطح دوم خلاقیت آموزشی، همکاری و کار گروهی و مهارت‌های ادراکی-حرکتی قرار گرفت. سطح سوم حل مسأله، خودآگاهی و کنترل خشم قرار گرفت؛ اعتماد به نفس، مهارت‌های خودمراقبتی و مهارت‌های اجتماعی در سطح چهارم و عزت نفس نیز در سطح پنجم قرار گرفت.
