ارتقای مهارت‌های زندگی دانش‌آموزان پایه سوم ابتدایی: با رویکرد اقدام‌پژوهی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارتقای مهارت‌های زندگی دانش‌آموزان پایه سوم ابتدایی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 به روش کیفی و از نوع اقدام‌پژوهی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانش‌آموزان پایه سوم ابتدایی در منطقه 9 شهر تهران تشکیل می‌داد. از این جامعه، 40 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. کمبود این مهارت‌ها در رفتارهای دانش‌آموزان مانند عدم رعایت بهداشت، عدم مسئولیت‌پذیری، ضعف در تصمیم‌گیری، ناتوانی در برقراری ارتباط مشهود بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از روش‌هایی مانند مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، مشاهده رفتار، مصاحبه و جلسات با والدین استفاده شد. سپس با استفاده از راه‌حل‌های انتخابی مانند جلب حمایت والدین، ایجاد فضای یادگیری فعال، راه‌اندازی کتابخانه در کلاس، استفاده از کارتون‌های آموزشی، قصه‌گویی و تلفیق مهارت‌ها با محتوای کتاب‌ها، به ارتقای مهارت‌های زندگی دانش‌آموزان پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد که دانش‌آموزان در ابتدا در سطح پایینی از مهارت‌های زندگی قرار داشتند و عواملی مانند زمان، فضا، مشارکت والدین و امکانات آموزشی در سطح مطلوبی نبودند. پس ازاجرای راهکارها، سطح مهارت‌های زندگی دانش‌آموزان به طور قابل‌توجهی ارتقا یافت. این امر نشان می‌دهد که ارائه آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی در دوره ابتدایی، از طریق تعامل نظام آموزشی، خانواده و معلمان زمینه‌ساز پرورش نسلی توانمند و مسئول در جامعه خواهد شد.
