نقش چابکی سازمانی و جو سازمانی در رفتارهای نوآورانه معلمان در آموزش مجازی

چکیده
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه بین چابکی سازمانی و جو سازمانی با رفتارهای نوآورانه معلمان در آموزش مجازی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان شهر محلات در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 (700 نفر) بود. نمونه‌آماری از طریق فرمول کوکران 248 نفر محاسبه شد که این تعداد به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه رفتار نوآورانه کانتر، پرسشنامه چابکی سازمانی شریفی و ژانگ، پرسشنامه جو سازمانی هالپین و کرافت بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 26 انجام شد. نتیجه حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که حدود 39 درصد واریانس رفتارهای نوآورانه توسط مولفه‌های چابکی سازمانی (انعطاف پذیری، سرعت، قدرت پاسخگویی و شایستگی) و مولفه‌های جو سازمانی (رفتار شمول، رفتار ناکام، رفتار صمیمی، رفتار حمایتی و رفتار دستوری) پیش بینی می‌شود. انعطاف پذیری و سرعت رابطه مثبت و معناداری با رفتارهای نوآورانه دارند. قدرت پاسخگویی و شایستگی رابطه معناداری با رفتارهای نوآورانه ندارند. رفتار شمول، رفتار ناکام، رفتار صمیمی و رفتار دستوری رابطه مثبت و معناداری با رفتارهای نوآورانه دارند. رفتار حمایتی رابطه معناداری با رفتارهای نوآورانه ندارد. از بین متغیرهای پژوهش، رفتار ناکام در پیش بینی رفتارهای نوآورانه در رتبه اول قرار داشت.
