تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر پنهان سازی دانش و مالکیت روانشناختی دانش در شرکت ساپکو

چکیده
هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر پنهان سازی دانش و مالکیت روانشناختی دانش در شرکت ساپکو می باشد. این پژوهش به لحاظ طبقه بندی برمبنای هدف، کاربردی است و به لحاظ طبقه بندی برمبنای روش یک تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کارکنان شرکت ساپکو به تعداد 1350 نفر می باشد. نمونه گیری این پژوهش از روش تصادفی ساده می باشد. حداقل حجم نمونه مورد نیاز با توجه به فرمول کوکران برابر 300 نفر است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش پرسشنامه های استاندارد بوده که روایی آنها از طریق روایی صوری و محتوایی و پایایی آنها نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی مورد تائید قرار گرفت. داده های گردآوری شده از طریق نرم افزار  SPSS و Smart-PLS   مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند و با کمک مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری فرضیه های تحقیق بررسی شدند. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد، رهبری اخلاقی بر پنهان سازی دانش و مالکیت روانشناختی دانش تأثیر دارد.
