بررسی تاثیر ابعاد شایستگی منابع انسانی بر عملکرد کارکنان

چکیده
هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر " بررسی تاثیر ابعاد شایستگی منابع انسانی بر عملکرد کارکنان  شرکت گاز  استان خراسان شمالی در سال 1402 بود که  به روش توصیفی –پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان   شرکت گاز استان خراسان شمالی  در سال 1402 تشکیل دادند که به  صورت تمام شماری  170 نفر انتخاب شدند.  داده‌های این پژوهش برای سنجش عملکرد کارکنان از پرسشنامه استاندارد هرسی  و گلداسمیت(2008) و برای اندازه گیری  متغیر ابعاد شایستگی از پرسشنامه ابعاد شایستگی کارکنان: پرسشنامه استاندارد ابعاد شایستگی کارکنان  افشارفر و  همکاران(1396)   جمع-آوری شده است که روایی آن‌ها از نوع صوری و محتوایی بود و مورد تائید اساتید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن‌ها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ برآورد گردید. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در بخش آمار توصیفی از (جدول توزیع فراوانی، نمودار، میانگین، انحراف معیار و محاسبه شاخص‌های مرکزی و پراکندگی) و در بخش آمار استنباطی از  نسخه 3 اسمارت پی ال اس برای تدوین مدل معادلات ساختاری و اس پی اس اس نسخه 22 برای آمار توصیفی استفاده شد.  نتایج نشان داد که بین  ابعاد شایستگی منابع انسانی بر عملکرد کارکنان  شرکت گاز  استان خراسان شمالی شامل  حسن‌نیت و قابلیت اطمینان، خدمت مشتری‌گرا، انگیزه پیشرفت  با عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان شرکت گاز خراسان شمالی رابطه وجود دارد. بین  نوآوری و عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان شرکت گاز خراسان شمالی رابطه وجود ندارد.
