بررسی رابطه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده با کار عاطفی معلمان با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی هویت حرفه ای

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف  بررسی رابطه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده با کار عاطفی معلمان با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی هویت حرفه ای صورت گرفت  این تحقیق با توجه به موضوع و اهداف، توصیفی - زمینه یابی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر معلمان مقطع  ابتدایی شهرستان ورامین می باشند که تعداد آنها 747 نفر هستند و با  شیوه نمونه برداری تصادفی  با توجه به جدول مورگان  تعداد 256 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. برای سنجش متغیرهای مورد نظر  از  پرسشنامه  حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده ، پرسشنامه کار عاطفی  دایندورف  و پرسشنامه   هویت حرفه ای  استفاده گردید  نتایج پژوهش  نشان داد که  بین حمایت سازمانی  ادراک شده و کار عاطفی معلمان  رابطه وجود دارد  و  همچنین بین حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و کار عاطفی در میان معلمان با در نظرگرفتن نقش میانجی هویت حرفه ای رابطه وجود دارد.
