The structure of the article should be arranged and submitted as follows and in the following order:
* Title: Brief and appropriate to the stated axes and policies of the quarterly journal.
The main title of the article should be in the middle of the page, in bold and black font, with a 16-point untitled font, and Times New Roman Bold 24 for the English title, in the middle of the page. All these explanations are explained in the quarterly journal template file, the download link of which is above.
* Author(s):
Name, surname, academic rank (group name, faculty name, university name, city) and email.
The main article should have the following separate sections:
Introduction: Includes a statement of the problem, theoretical foundations and research background, research question(s) or hypothesis(es). No other subheadings should be published under the title of Introduction. Rather, the content of the problem statement, theoretical foundations, and background should be included as overlapping and complementary to each other under the same main title of Introduction. Primary sources as well as articles published in this quarterly should be used and cited. In citing sources within the text, the APA style and the expected format of the Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) should be observed, according to which the Latin designation of Persian and English sources should be cited within the text and in the end references.
- Methodology: Including the type and method of the study, the statistical population and sample, data collection tools, and analysis methods.
- Findings: The results of the research along with the necessary tables and graphs according to APA criteria and templates (for more information, you can refer to www.apastyle.org).
- Discussion and Conclusion: Reviewing the research results and explaining the findings, describing the practical and theoretical implications, stating the limitations and suggestions.
Acknowledgements: Individuals and organizations participating in the research should be acknowledged and their contributions should be mentioned
Ethical considerations: Ethical considerations should be mentioned. If a code of ethics has been received for the research, the code of ethics should be cited
References: The sources used in the text of the article should be arranged in accordance with APA guidelines as follows and mentioned at the end of the article.
Very important point: All source specifications should be given in English (the same Latin specification that is included on the cover of the work, not the translation of the author of the article) and the phrase [In Persian] should be included at the end of the translated Persian source specifications.

How to write in the final references of the article:

Latin article:
Last name, first letter of author(s). (Year of publication). Article title. Journal name, issue, pages.

How to write references at the end of the article:

Thesis:
Last name, first name (year of publication). Thesis title. Master's/PhD thesis, field, university.
How to write references at the end of the article:

Note:
* The list of references should be written in alphabetical order.
* All in-text references should be written in English. For example, the source (Hasani, 2019) should be written in the text of the article as (Hasani, 2019).
* The font of the end references should be 12 Times New Roman.
* Note: In the list of references, if the source details exceed one line, half an inch (1.27 cm) should be indented for the second line.
* Tables and graphs should be clear and free of duplicate information in the text and should have numbers and explanations (Persian size 10 and English 9). Three independent numbering series should be used in the text for numbering and referring to images, tables and graphs. Images include figures used from sources and photographs prepared by the authors. The number and title of the table should be centered and above it, and the number and title of images and graphs should be centered and below it.
In addition to the above points, the article will be reviewed based on the following conditions:
* First of all, the article must be edited using existing software and the principles of writing and editing, spelling, as well as punctuation (comma, period, semicolon, etc.) and also compound words or some similar verbs and words (use of semi-space) must be observed.
* Dear author, in accordance with the Ministry of Science's directive and the emphasis on similarity, it is necessary to refer to the Similarity Finding section of the Samim Noor website to find similarities in the text of your article and submit its report.

* After reviewing in the initial commission and if they comply with the journal's criteria, the received articles are sent to two to three reviewers who are experts in the subject of the article for evaluation in the form of a double blind peer review. After obtaining the reviewers' opinions, they are presented to the editorial board commission for final approval.
* For foreign terms, the scientific and exact equivalent should be provided and the Latin equivalent of the desired word should be written as a footnote. For footnote numbers, use the References tool and do not type the desired number manually, and the footnote numbers should start from number 1 on each page and be in B lotus 10 font.
* The article must be typed using Word software, maximum 8000 words and 20 A4 pages (Lotus 12 font, 1 line spacing, A4 page) and with appropriate margins (3 cm on all 4 sides).
* Numbers with decimals should be replaced with a semicolon (/) instead of a period and no period should be placed.
* Responsibility for the scientific content of the article lies with its author(s).
Other conditions
The following points are for the attention of professors, experts, specialists and students interested in submitting an article to the quarterly journal:
* The submitted article must be research and the result of the author(s)' research; translated articles will not be accepted. Scientific review articles with qualitative methodology and containing knowledge addition, in which about 30 percent of its sources and documentation are from the researcher's published scientific works, can be reviewed and published.
* In articles derived from the thesis, mentioning the thesis, the name of the university and the name of the supervisor is mandatory.
There is no fee for reviewing and publishing an article in this quarterly journal.
