Abstract
The aim of the present study was to develop a paradigmatic model for empowering elementary school teachers to manage curricula with a PBF approach. This study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative-data-based theory in terms of method. The research environment included all elementary school teachers in Khorramabad (2021-2022) who participated in the educational workshops on teaching philosophy for children (PBF) with a total of 189 people. The sampling method was carried out using a theoretical method until theoretical saturation (27 people). In this study, the sample was purposefully continued until data saturation reached 27 people. The research tool included in-depth and unstructured interviews. The three-way method was used to ensure validity. Open coding, axial coding, and selective coding were used to analyze the data. In general, the results showed that the causal conditions of teacher empowerment with the FBEC approach were based on 6 selective codes (learning mechanisms training, curriculum element review training, mental engagement, metacognitive training, thinking, and philosophical spirit training), the contextual conditions were based on 2 selective codes: motivational context and organizational learning context, the strategic conditions were based on 2 strategic selective codes: awareness of empowerment procedures and strategies, the intervention conditions were based on 2 selective codes: cognitive disability and psychological disability, and the consequences of teacher empowerment were based on 2 selective codes: educational efficacy and satisfaction with learning
