Pathology of virtual evaluation during the corona epidemic in elementary

Abstract
The aim of the current pathology research was virtual evaluation during the corona epidemic in the elementary school in 1400-1401. In this research, a framework called comprehensive strategy formulation framework (SWOT model) was used to formulate strategies. The sampling method used in this research was a purposive method. The data obtained from the experts were analyzed and continued until the data of the interviews reached saturation. Out of a total of 15 people from the statistical population, 2 men and 13 women were interviewed. In this research, two types of tools were used. An interview tool for the initial identification of strengths, weaknesses, challenges and opportunities based on the experts' point of view, and then a researcher-made questionnaire tool for obtaining written opinions from experts and prioritizing the strengths, weaknesses, challenges and opportunities for developing final strategies in this method of techniques. Delphi-fuzzy and FANP software was used. The results showed that the components identified from the items in the interviews and research backgrounds, the weaknesses are the lack of possibility of holding practical courses, attendance in the laboratory and laboratories, the unpreparedness of the internet infrastructure of the society and the low speed and high cost of internet services, attention Not requiring lessons as much as face-to-face classes, it is not possible to simulate an educational space that fits the curriculum content, lack of face-to-face communication between teacher and student and strengths, providing a context for change, special attention to virtual education, increasing digital skills, assessment The evaluation of teachers and their skills, creating continuous communication between parents of students and teachers, creating a context for more communication between students and families. Also, opportunities include paying attention to having strategic planning, providing equal educational opportunities, making maximum use of class time, creating educational innovations, creating and introducing internal programs for the general use of students, and finally, threats include the lack of emotional connection.
