By open coding, the main and sub-rationales are also identified. In the next stage, axial coding has been done within each of the main rationales, and in the last stage, selective coding has been done, which has been obtained through selective coding of 4 components, which have been selected as a model of competence of school principals. The results of the present study indicate that the model that has been designed includes 4 components of youthfulness, belief, efficiency and talent, and foresight and sense of responsibility
