The method of carrying out a descriptive research was a correlational type of structural equation model. The statistical population of the present study included all primary school teachers in Javad Abad region, and the number of 113 people was determined as the sample size according to Morgan's table. Sampling was done by voluntary sampling method and data was collected face-to-face using Golman (2006), Yousefi (2016) and Fathi Organizational Performance Questionnaire (2016). SPSS and AMOS software were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that based on the path coefficient of 0.792 and the obtained t-statistics, it can be said that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on organizational performance at the 99% confidence level. Based on the path coefficient of 0.820 and the obtained t-statistic, job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational performance at the 99% confidence level. Based on the path coefficient of 0.252 and the obtained t-statistic, it can be said that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on job satisfaction at the 99% confidence level. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش هیجانی و عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی رضایت شغلی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی منطقه جواد آباد انجام شد. روش انجام تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی منطقه جواد آباد بوده که تعداد 113 نفر برحسب جدول مورگان به عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین شد. نمونه گیری با روش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه صورت گرفت و داده ها به صورت حضوری با استفاده از پرسشنامه های گلمن (2006)، یوسفی (1396) و پرسشنامه عملکرد سازمانی فتحی (1396) جمع آوری گردید. . برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های تحقیق از نرم افزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بر اساس ضریب مسیر 792/0 و آماره t بدست آمده می توان گفت هوش هیجانی در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر معنی دار دارد. بر اساس ضریب مسیر 820/0 و آماره t بدست آمده رضایت شغلی در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر معنی دار دارد. بر اساس ضریب مسیر 252/0 و آماره t بدست آمده می توان گفت هوش هیجانی در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد بر رضایت شغلی تاثیر معنی دار دارد. https://www.njournal.ir/article_213233_572fd72597c616b23ebccfb87c9cc23a.pdf
